Terms & Conditions

The person making this reservation (either on their own behalf or on behalf of another passenger) acknowledges and accepts all of the following terms and conditions of swifttravelexperts.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable Deposits and Tickets:

Tickets and deposits are completely non-refundable and non-changeable, subject to terms and conditions. All deposits and tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise noted, in the event of a cancellation or a no-show (failing to show up at the departure airport on time). Additionally, tickets cannot be altered prior to or following departure (date changes are not allowed).. Since tickets and reservations are not transferable to another person, name changes are not allowed for scheduled flights. Furthermore, tickets once issued cannot be changed.

Price Variations:

Please be advised that if you pay a partial advance payment (initial deposit) to reserve a flight, there is no guarantee that the fare will not increase in the future. This implies that since airlines and consolidators retain the right to change prices for a variety of reasons, the price is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. In such circumstances, passengers bear the responsibility of paying any fare or tax discrepancies and swifttravelexperts.co.uk is not liable. To prevent this, we highly advise paying and obtaining your ticket as soon as possible. Furthermore, kindly be aware that the paid deposit(s) will not be returned in the event that you cancel your reservation for any reason.

Checking Flight Details and Passenger Information:

All booking details, including passenger names (which must match those on passports or other travel documents), travel dates, transit times, origin and destination, stopovers, baggage allowances, and other flight information, must be accurate. These details cannot be altered once a ticket has been issued.

Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements:

It is your responsibility to confirm that you meet all passport, visa, and other immigration requirements (including transit visas). Since requirements can change, we advise checking with the relevant Embassy/Consulate well in advance of your departure to be sure you have the most recent information. If you fail to carry the proper passport, visa, or other necessary documents as required by airlines, authorities, or countries, swifttravelexperts.co.uk cannot accept liability for transit visa issues or entry refusals into a flight or country.

Reconfirming Return/Onward Flights:

It is your duty to check in again for your flights, either with the airline directly or through your travel agent, at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Should you fail to reconfirm your flight or experience any operational problems with the airline, \?php echo $website;?> will not be responsible for any additional expenses.

Insurance and Baggage Loss:

Getting travel insurance is something we highly advise to protect your trip. It is your responsibility to make sure that your travel insurance fully covers your needs and that you meet the immunisation and health requirements of the nations you plan to visit. For advice, speak with your physician or a travel clinic. It is not possible for swifttravelexperts.co.uk to accept claims for misplaced, stolen, or harmed luggage. In such circumstances, kindly get in touch with the pertinent airline directly.

Special Requests and Medical Issues:

Please let us know at the time of ticket issuance if you have any special needs, such as vegetarian or gluten-free diet requirements, seat assignments, or wheelchair assistance. While we will do our best to forward your requests to the appropriate airline, we cannot ensure that they will be fulfilled. We shall not be liable if we are unable to fulfil any special request.

Very Important:

In the event that an airline experiences operational difficulties, swifttravelexperts.co.uk disclaims all liability for monetary losses. In order to protect oneself, it is strongly advised that passengers arrange separate travel insurance. Passengers bear full responsibility for such circumstances.

General Information

Please be aware that airline prices are always fluctuating and typically rising. Rarely do increases apply to tickets that have already been issued, but most of the time there is little to no notice of these increases. Therefore, it is in your best interest to complete payment as soon as possible after making a reservation in order to lower the possibility of a surcharge. Recall that the reservations are only guaranteed by your deposit; the price is not. While the deposit guarantees availability, the actual cost may differ due to changes in airline policies, prices, taxes, and currency. Until the tickets are issued, the airline retains the right to change the pricing. On the other hand, schedules could change both before and after tickets are issued.Calling the airline 72/48 hours before the departure of the flight (both inbound and outbound) will allow all passengers to confirm the flight schedule. Final payments are made after double-checking the airline's policy and pricing as of the date of final payment or full payment.

Special Requests:

We will try our best to communicate any special requests you may have to the appropriate supplier, such as dietary restrictions, preferred meals, specific hotel amenities, wheelchair requests, or a room with twin or double beds. In accordance with airline regulations, we are also pleased to arrange pre-allocated seating. Kindly note that these requests are not a formal part of your contract with us, and we cannot guarantee that suppliers will comply with them.
